I believe that we should come up with an emotional relapse plan to help us out in learning to deal with life on life's terms. Here is an exercise that I do with My girls. This can also go right along with the 10th step Inventory. List Positive alternatives you can do when you feel all the following emotions. Add extra emotions and list positive alternatives as you go through life. Review these every night for a week and write how you have dealt with all these emotions throughout your day. See you sponsor for review.
